As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Origination & Advisory business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Your key responsibilities
Origination and execution of IB mandates in China, covering various sectors and focusing on DCM, Financing and M&A activities
Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics
Due diligence of clients and markets with a specific focus on DD on Onshore China DCM deals
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attending client meetings independently
Your skills and experience
At least 7 years of experience in an Investment Bank
Strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals in China across various sectors
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
Strong communication skills (both English and Mandarin) and able to articulate to demanding clients

Position Overview
Credit Support, including: 1) information collection and data digestion for credit analysis; 2) quarterly/annual sector update and review of major sectors such as banks, insurance, securities companies; 3) events driven update and deep dive; 4) industry deep-dive paper
KYC work to support GRM/ACO to fulfill duties, including client onboarding, regular review etc.
Marketing support including preparation of marketing materials for client presentations, update of product and services.

Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
To achieve CCM business and financial target and maximize market share.
To maintain existing customers and explore the target market proactively, aggressively and passionately.
To understand customers’ specific requirements and work closely with Sales Manger/Product Manager to offer the appropriate cash management solutions. Strong data analysis capability and details oriented.
To collaborate with all business partners with trust, respect and courtesy.
To work with other team members to build up a leading Cash Management team in the market.
To have productive and creative thinking, develop technical skill and professionalism.
To assist China CCM team in planning and administrative responsibilities and build up a performance driven working atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc)
Strong interpersonal skills as well as a team player
Strong written and spoken English, local language capability.
Self-confident and performance driven. Ability to work independently under pressure and work persistently.
Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality data analysis/presentation.
